Start X2CD, and press "Grab CD" button.

Select appropriate CD driver and speed.
3.
Insert your music CD.
4.
X2CD will go to freedb.org to retrieve your CD info.
If success, the track titles, album name and artist name will
be changed to the result. You can change the track titles as
your wish by click the list item. The album name, artist name
and track titles will be used as the ID3 information in the
resulting mp3 files.
5. Select tracks you wish to grab and select output format,
mp3 or wav.
6.
Start grabbing and have fun.
